All defective products can be replaced for good ones or get refund. If you have received defective items, please contact us within 30 days after you receive the goods. After we confirm the problem, we will send you good replacements or refund you.

Products that are not defective can be returned for refund or replacement, even if return the goods simply because of your personal reason instead of 8Seasons-related reasons, but must apply within 14 days from the arrival date of shipment. Please kindly note that customer should be responsible for return shipping costs and taxes caused,so please kindly contact us before you send items back.
